A Susan

a differential enabler

Harvey woke me early this morning because he knows we have a clue... and a cause. She might have been the smartest person we met yesterday. Her name is Susan, and she knows she will always have my love.

Susan is differentially enabled. I could see it in her eyes. When I kissed her hand, she kissed mine. Susan might be the most powerful person I met yesterday. The most compationate, the most clever, the most wise... How will we ever know if the goal is to create more value for shareholders, a bigger CEO bankroll?

She's less verbal than she used to be. Welcome to your future. Is it the blue light? Is it the iPad her caregiver's let her use too much? Is it Mr. Cook taking such good care of his children that he needs to hire more attorneys to defend the blue light lawsuits?

Are Susans the answer? Not if we keep on the path we're on. I'm a flash in the pan. I'll be gone yesterday.

Five hundred years are required to discover a visionary. Another five hundred are required to understand what the visionary said. Five hundred more to lose the visionary's message. - Japanese proverb

Mr. Miyamoto's suggestion that one not act on a partial emotion is one of the most difficult for me. What is a partial emotion? When Harvey said yes and I said yes, that is impartial.

How do we get differentially enabled seats at the table?
