People kill. Killing must stop. I will drive to see people and politely ask them to stop killing. If people wish, I will ask the heir to the former Austro-Hungarian Empire to select a monarch(s) to settle their differences. If the people approve, I will approve the monarchs, if any, selected by the heir. WII hope to stop killing.
