I was in a synagogue in Denver listening to a Jewess flail herself with White guilt. In our breakout group I met a nice young lady. Her husband was a 大工。They had just bought a home in my neighbourhood, the Black neighbourhood.
I lived across the street from the local pharmaceutical representative. He was Black. Real black. We enjoyed a beverage on his front porch. He would purvey his wears in walks at the nearby park. He didn't need Madison Avenue. None of us did.
I didn't mind the nice young lady and, I suspect, her equally charming husband buying a new home and improving the neighbourhood. I just objected to them 'improving' my neighbourhood.
