Obesity is often a biological issue. So is alcoholism. Some decades back, I heard that 30% of obesity is related to genetics. Well more than 30% of Americans are obese. Well more than 30% of Americans will tell you their obesity is related to genetics.
Oftentimes, I think alcohol abuse is not alcoholism. Common sense is very uncommon.
