The American currency has value because America has huge reserves of oil and coal, the most arable farm land in the world, as well as many other natural resources which, even if the USG went bankrupt, Americans could use cargo to buy stuff. America would still have an enormous amount of natural wealth to leverage.
住友 has considerable mining interests in Colorado, where I used to live. So do other Japanese entities. Conventional wisdom suggests America's raison d’être in Afghanistan is mineral wealth. If Sumitomo has a meeting of the minds with local authorities, the Japanese would have little difficulty bedeviling the Feds. The issue is, the Japanese have, since nursery school, understood the lack of value in being cute.
Contrast Japan. Japan's exportable natural resources are little and few. Nonetheless, the Japanese currency is extraordinarily solid. Currently, a cheap yen is a soft diplomatic ploy to lure tourists to show Japanese & foreigners how a well run nation functions. Also, the Japanese are by nature extraordinarily welcoming and kind, and have become even more so in recent years. Moreover, Japan's currency has substantial value because other nations trust Japanese to responsibly manage Japan's finances, and foreign finances.
Crypto has none of these advantages. Cryptocurrencies, until now, have had nothing to leverage. Despite government warnings that investments should not be judged by past performance, what else might one judge an investment on? Faith. An oCrypt.
Cyber has a short track record. The technical age dates from the train and telegraph. Contrast currencies.

titans = a race of deities in Greek mythology
The Titans were the pre-Olympian gods who ruled the cosmos in ancient Greek mythology before the Titanomachy War. They were giant, immortal deities and considered the first generational gods born from the primordial gods, Uranus and Gaea. They ruled from Mount Orthys, and each god had its realm to rule over.
Titans are welcome to sponsor others whom they call Titans.
Digital fees would held in a trust account to validate digital currencies, as gold backed the dollar until the last remnants of the gold standard in 1973.
